Tenoreque Legal (a division of Tenoreque) is a boutique law firm, led by its Principal Attorney & Founder – Bellina Barrow, a West Indian-qualified attorney with legal experience across Trinidad & Tobago, Antigua & Barbuda, and the British Virgin Islands. Bellina is also passionate about leveraging technology to enhance the client experience and to contribute to the expeditious resolution of client matters.

And in the BVI, experience in Commercial Court matters involving resisting foreign arbitral awards and enforcing foreign judgment debts. She is also approached periodically to give preliminary advice on crypto and virtual assets matters for the purposes of potential virtual asset service provider registration and compliance in the BVI, e-money issuer registration and strategic partnership agreements in T&T, and for case strategy advice for proposed cryptocurrency and virtual assets class action lawsuits in the BVI.
Bellina is a speaker and published author on fintech, crypto and digital assets law and regulation, and current Writer in Residence in the Ms. JD’s Writers in Residence Program. She has published different fintech and virtual assets articles including: “The Unrealised Benefits of the Crypto Sector”, published by The Faculty of Law in Volume 3 of The University of the West Indies St. Augustine Law Journal (UWISALJ), “De-risking, Re-risking & Financial Crime in this Era of Alternative Finance” republished in the Commonwealth Lawyers Association Newsletter in August 2024, “Clearing the Digital Assets Haze: A Trinidad and Tobago Perspective” published in the Journal of the Commonwealth Lawyers Association, Vol 33. No 3. in December 2023, among other publications.
She is admitted to the Bar in Trinidad & Tobago, Antigua & Barbuda and the British Virgin Islands (as an overseas/non-resident Solicitor).
